DEA Kosovo is founded on initiative of PADEM Luxembourg with desire to improve everyday surrounding and on a longer run, to promote the equal rights of all nationalities, with a specific input in property rights of IDPs and education rights of Roma children in collective centers; to support and initiate young Roma women for full participation in the cultural, political and economic development of their communities. In striving towards this vision, DEA Kosovo will promote development and practice rights based and participatory methodologies and approaches in order to translate solidarity, empathy and democracy into Kosovo society.
